The Ratio Staffing Substitute Preschool Teacher platform provides Preschools the opportunity to connect with Substitute Preschool Teachers real-time, daily.

Our Real Time Substitute Preschool Teacher list is updated daily with the contact information (and more) of the Preschool Teachers that are available that day! So you are assured to connect with Substitute Preschool Teachers that day in your area!

BTW- There are no buy out fees! If they are a great fit for your school and children and families- hire them!!

How It Works

1. You need a sub.

2. You log in.

3. You find the sub, you contact the sub, you book the sub!

4. Notify me via email with the subject line “Substitute Booked” and body “School ABC has booked Substitute XYZ.”

5. I share the Substitute’s documents with you.

6. You print the documents out.

7. They arrive with their identification and social security card and sign the LIC9108.

8. You fax the print transfer request form and notify me when completed.

9. You onboard them/add them to payroll.

10. Done! (and/or contact me if you need anything) :)

Substitute Preschool Teacher requirements to be on the platform:

Livescan finger print clearance confirmed with Licensing System ID#

Copy of transcripts and/or teaching permits

COVID vaccination record

Immunization records:

1.   Pertussis

2.   Measles

3.   Flu shot or written statement that they have declined the flu shot.

4.   TB test results

Health Screening Report (LIC503)

Mandated Reporter Training Certificate

Pesticide Training Certificate

Workplace Harassment Prevention Training Certificate
