About Us

With 20+ years in the childcare field (public and private sector, ages 2.5 years to 5th grade) coupled with almost a decade managing world class biotech manufacturing teams and processes I am happy to bring this unique combination to help with all your school staffing needs! 

My heart has always been with helping others and working toward a brighter future for all. With two little boys of my own (both under 5), and a wife who has been in the field longer than I have and is still active in the classroom, these efforts we all put forth in this field couldn’t be more important to me!

Process

First and foremost I understand each school is unique and (just like each child) requires its own unique care, thought, and efforts. I enjoy nothing more than learning exactly what it is that makes your school, your school, and working with you to help ensure the integrity of that “special something”.

This process is best accomplished by spending time in program with the Teachers and children, observing daily activities, reviewing curriculum, having a chat during meal times, conducting 1:1 discussions with Teachers and Admin, etc.

With direct experience as Preschool Teacher and working with many different schools I understand the sensitivity of the school environment and the needs at hand. All tasks are completed only after a discussion and agreement of the “game plan” and when things change (as we know they do) I am happy to revise the plan for that day, week, month, whatever the case may be. The integrity of the community and the success of your school matter most to me.
